Lyn Pont, Ph.D.

She inspires professionals around the world to provide extraordinary customer care by promoting themselves and their brands as exceptional.

Dr. Pont is a public speaker who, through in-house workshops and keynote addresses, educates and motivates individuals and teams to grow the bottom line.

She is well respected in the Human Resources community for her history as a hands-on professional in this critical area.

Dr. Pont is an adjunct professor of Human Resources Management and Labor Relations for two university graduate business programs. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, the Association for Talent Development, the Greater Miami Society for Human Resources Management, and the South Florida Hospitality Human Resources Association.

Dr. Pont holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and a Master’s degree in Personnel Administration/Psychology. She was trained and certified in Corporate Etiquette and International Business Protocol by the Protocol School of Washington.
